Margie was 80 years old and lived in Mesa, Arizona where she had resided peacefully since 1972. Margie graduated from Georgetown High School in Georgetown, Colorado. After dedicating her life to raising five daughters as a single parent, she pursued a career at Motorola in Mesa, Arizona. Motorola quickly identified her as dedicated and extremely hardworking, promoting her to supervisor. After 25 years with Motorola, she retired to pursue entrepreneurial skills by opening a successful house keeping business in Mesa, Arizona.
Margie was loved by everyone she met and was described as being kind-hearted, gentle and loving. She always had a bright smile on her face. Margie loved to volunteer. One of the many ways she gave back and contributed to the success of future generations was by being a troop leader for Girl Scouts of America. Margie thought that blood does not define family often saying, "family is the people who surround you with love and happiness". Her love had no boundaries as she cared for her daughters and grandchildren's friends as if they were her children. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, gardening, reading and crafting. Above all, Margie loved spending time with family and friends. She helped raise one of her grandchildren and was extremely proud of all her children and grandchildren. She loved being part of their loves. She will be greatly missed by all of them.
