Lynn Haskell Smith

Lynn H Smith 73 of Glendale AZ passed away suddenly Wednesday March 4, 2020 at Abrazo Medical
Campus.
Born on October 28, 1946, in Atoka Oklahoma, son of Cleatus and Pearl Smith of Denver Colorado. He
leaves his wife of 22 years Annette C Mestas and also his son Paul Smith of Kentucky.
Survived by 4 sisters Carol Lunt, Marth Dye, Sandra Smith, Millie Lattermilk, who proceeded in death,
and 1 brother Sonny Smith.
He retired from UPS Freight in 2010 Phoenix Az. Was also Veteran of the united states Army serving the
Vietnam Nam War and was Honorably discharged from the Army from April 29, 1966 to Dec 3 1968.
Other Family survivors include Joseph Mestas and wife Evelyn, Michael Mestas and wife Paulette, Rick
Mestas and Decreased wife Brenda, Sandra Patient and husband Robert, Debbie Needham and husband
Jim. Along with several grandchildren and great grandchildren
Funeral Service will be held at National Cemetery 23029 Cave Creek Rd Phoenix, AZ 85024 on Friday
March 20, 2020 at 10:00 am.
