Douglas Lee Doyle passed away on April 24, 2023, from respiratory failure. Doug was born to Virgil and
Pat Doyle in Glendale, CA in 1942 and lived in Southern California throughout his childhood. He enlisted

managed Virgil’s Auto Shop in what is now the Melrose District. Later he worked as an auto insurance
adjuster until a disabling stroke in the mid-90’s. Forced into retirement as a result of the stroke, Doug

playing games with friends and family.
Doug was preceded in death by Chris, his wife of 52 years, his sons David and Darin, his parents, and his
younger brother Roger.
