Robert Andrew Dominguez

 Robert Andrew Dominguez, loving Father, Son, Brother, Uncle and Friend was taken to Heaven on August 11, 2019 while surrounded by his family.

 Robert was born in Phoenix, Arizona on March 20, 1981 to Philip Ortega and Josie Ann Dominguez. Robert was big brother to Manny, Philip (Pica) and Katrina. He made sure he took care of his younger brothers and sister. As a kid he loved to play basketball, draw and listen to music.

 The most important moment in Robert's life came in 1998 when at 17 years old he came to faith in Christ. It was during this time that Rob discovered his passion for theology, apologetics and music. He started a band with Jimmy, Daniel and Matt. Robert played local venues and always dreamed of spreading the Gospel through his music. 

 Robert met Trudy Pekala and fell in love with her. Robert, ever the romantic asked Trudy to be his girlfriend by playing a song that he wrote and recorded for her. Robert and Trudy married on October 4, 2003. Robert's daughter Ariana Dream Dominguez; the true love of his life was born January 11, 2004. Ariana was the apple of his eye and he took every opportunity to boast about his princess. 

 Robert was the leader of his family. He could talk his brother's into anything. He was the first to show up, whether it be to roll up his sleeves or just lend an ear to listen, you could always count on him to point you back to the Cross. He loved the Lord and spent hours studying and listening to sermons. 
 Robert was everyone's favorite Uncle even though his nieces and nephews had two others to choose from. 

 Robert was adventurous, spontaneous and the life of the party. His laugh was contagious. He was outspoken and wasn't afraid to say what everyone else was thinking. He also loved a good fist fight.

 Robert will be deeply missed. 

He is survived by his daughter Ariana Dream Dominguez, his Mother Josie Dominguez, his Father Philip Ortega, his Brother and Sister-in-law Manny and Jackie Dominguez, His brother Philip Ortega Jr and his sister Katrina Ortega. His nieces and nephews RoseAmirah and Justino Ortega, Bobby and Jacquelyn Dominguez and Emmanuel and Lianna Valdez.
